thats y me more and more into Chinese running shoes now. been walking on 必迈远征者5.0 these few days. Feeling good 😊

Hooting the 必迈 now!

The last round when I got Team2.0. I also bought 特步氢风 for walking.

Don't like it at all. Too firm. Nothing special Just like any other shoes.

The holes at the bottom which is advertised to promote cooler feet lagi worse.

Our hot weather hot ground made my feet feel even warmer. :ROFLMAO:

It's in my cart now but no real use.

The 599rmb is not the same web link. Follow the link I posted above on your TB apps if you intend to get the 599rmb or 899rmb. I think it's end by tomorrow 20th May 8pm.

They're all $200 plus for their top racing shoes models unless you go for their older model
Just my mentality, I would not spend more than $150 for China super shoes, coz personally I would not spend that much on amdk brand too.

Long distance, like FM or HM, makes a lot of difference in a good climate. Short distance that last less than 10 minute, difference won't be much.

Her scaling quite decent.

2.56

Don't know of her prev background whether she school/uni runner or not tho......
edit - or maybe even ekiden runner for corporations

But for an "amateur" is very power already, esp for a lady.

Post 40 really need to get the usual cardiac tests done first before embarking on goals.
Esp post 50.

Starting 400 got liao, all the way to 1.5 1.6k.

In fact, to be very safe, even those in their 20s/30s might wanna consider doing, it's just the cost of an AF3.
If it's cycling then worse (much much bigger black hole than running, it's like HiFi), some rather useless stuff like OSPW already a few times of this.

can relate @12:29 very well as it happened to me yesterday.
Did a 19+km on wed evening, 13+km on friday morning. Yesterday (sat) morning, felt tired but weather was so good, so i told myself i can do it by doing it really slow. Tried doing zone 2 (7-8min/km pace), by 12km+ felt the strain and can only walk/jog to complete HM distance. A reminder to myself to take it easy.

For those who think only runners pushing it and die at the finish line, actually there are also high casualty of early sudden death in the gym scene. This case below is not unique, can search on youtube who talks on this topic.

Of course the number of sedentary people who died of cardiac arrest still trumps all category.
