Get those waist band, I don't what to call them. Like the Chito brand the @WussRedXLi recommended. But you have to water proof your glasses, with zipblock. There are other brands from Taobao, and not expensive.

I am using Chito too, copy of Naked. around $10

Or you can use cycling jersey, 3 pockets at the back. Dont get too large a size so as to minimize bouncing.
Lots more designs.....run with style.
There will be some bouncing but you'd can live with it.

Just came back from decathlon, they sell those hiking vest, I tried putting on n it really fit well, won't hv wobbling..but the price tag shocking..$79

Just signed up for the Garmin Run 10km as it doesn't clash with my overseas trip.

Gonna be my next race after the HK marathon which is like a few months ago LOL. Time to train up (maybe more intervals and fartlek runs) during the next few months and hopefully get a new PB.

Lightweight is good. Use 250ml soft flasks. Try not to use the 420-450ml ones if you can help it. If not the top would flop over when you run and drop out.....it's pretty difficult to squeeze it in.
250ml ones much easier. You can put 2pcs and that's already 500ml......enough for your use in SG's PCN and 7-11 context.

Lightweight is good. Use 250ml soft flasks. Try not to use the 420-450ml ones if you can help it. If not the top would flop over when you run and drop out.....it's pretty difficult to squeeze it in.

Yeah, small + lightweight with holes is good, with so little material it's also rather easy to dry after rinsing. Enough already, and most impt of all is cheap (coz less material anyway)

Actually if can help it, 1 x 250ml also ok, just finish drinking the beverage halfway in the run (eg 6km mark for a 12k run) and it'd be lightweight and zero flopping around for the last 6k.
