When collected my goodies bag, I don't understand why I see others like to wear those t-shirts either big X, to let public know they are the runners who run marathon?

Do people wear ankle socks to run 10km or more. i got abrasion from the tongue of shoe, but high sock so tiong

I wear ankle socks for many years. No problem.

Some runners prefer very colourful shin length socks, no fold. Kind of like Aussie uncles.

Not bad for those who can carry the look.

Actually seriously speaking Elite pace more like 3.00 to 3.30, the normal elites, not creme de la creme elites.

Another issue is that i am older runner, just that i try not to make that as an excuse.

Sweat Elite channel has got quite a fair bit of training vids, good reference. Really like the africans ones.
