Now makan and it shd stop later, go cycle.
My side quite warm. 11km, shoes soaking wet from sweat. Humidity is higher than usual.

I think if I slow jog at this pace, I can maintained my heart rate at zone 2
If you can maintain steady state HR over 1 hour, it about time you can start experimenting to guesstimate your steady state pace and HR. In Seiler's Three Intensities Zones, it is the LT1. In the conventional 5 intensities zones, it is the border of zone 2/3. It is also known Aerobic Threshold or simply steady state. Zone 2 training, Easy days is all about have intensities not crossing this border.

Here in the first picture, my HR (red line) is rather steady state to the end. In the Second picture, you can see the HR(red line) is rising up very gradually, no longer steady state. Base on these two picture, I can guesstimate my Steady State Threshold is slightly faster that the first picture, using the average of the last few KM, but not faster than the pace of 2nd picture. So whenever I do Easy runs, I know exactly what pace I should run which is the pace in Pic 1 or slower, instead of relying of RPE or zone 2 HR intensity that is guesstimate by my watch.

The gold standard is go to lab and test for Threshold or get a Lactact acid test kit and prick yourself.

This guy did a good comparison on these training plans. Pfizinger, Hudson and Hanson. He is strong runner, capable of doing under 3:03 for FM after these trainings. SO if you are strong 3:30 FM runner, his views might be a good reference. FOr me, tried the Pfitzinger, too tough for me. If Zone 2 is slower than 6min pace, TRIMP score will be too high as training are distance based. 18 weeks plan for Pfitzinger will start from the last week of July if intend to use them for SCSM.

I have 4 pairs of DN2 for myself. 1 stolen.
Then i also purchased 3 pairs of DN2 for my wife, my father and my mother.
So total 7 pairs DN2

2 pairs of Puma Electrify for my MIL and myself (1 retired, outsole gone liao due to high mileage)

2 pairs of Puma Deviate Nitro Elite, 1 myself and 1 for my kid.

1 pair Puma Velocity for my wife (She does not like this one)

For elderly, it's mainly for the Pumagrip, for wet surfaces grip.....

These two night runs are rather warm. Don't know if humidity is higher than usual or my sweat rate has increased, my shoes were soaking wet with sweat prematurely.

2.4km

3s short of sub-9 min. Started my first km at 5k controlled pace (3.56) and only started bursting the last 1.4km when I decided to try and see if I can run under 9 minutes.

Probably can run 8.45 if I burst from start to end, but wouldn't give myself any faster than that for now.
