Maybe Shaun Goh will break his PB again? We shall see.

He will PR, mostly because it is his second time running in Valencia and also recently PR his 10k. I believe that he has the fitness to PR HM. Just depends on weather condition.

Tonight will just do some resistance bands for upper body, in room AC env.

36 deg C heat index now. Even took 2 paracetamols in the afternoon after coming back from lunch, headache

Caffine is from the coffee / red bull that my kid and I slam in the early mornings on Sat/Sun. (also to take away the skeepiness)

Well at least this is 1 good practical reason why it's good to be able to run...... be it fast or endurance, best is got both ie speed endurance.

Those good in 800m intervals, 1.6k, 3k TTs.......99.99% of the general population out there stands no chance at all. Bao jiak!

For joggers, i am not so sure liao....bo bao.

Always been a evening runner and finally managed to run a long 21km just now after watching the champion league at 0530am. Have been trying to run in the early morning for the past months and always pun chek after 10 to 11km. This time round, this running in the morning was quite tough as my HR already 10% more than usual rate

Also try your luck at factory outlets stores at CCP, IMM, West Coat PLaza. City Square. No guarantee have the good stuff, but when it has, it really fantastic deal.

It's ok....just typical heat headache, panadol can solve within 2 hrs.
Not those heat migraine, those are terok coz can vomit and last for 1-2 days.

Yes . Very hot ,warm and humid for the past days, Usually my running short is 60 to 80% wet. Just now my running short 100% dripping wet even I ran from 0530 to 0730.
