have you all experienced this? you plan to eat one dish during meal time,
for example for breakfast at hawker centre, you plan to eat wanton mee.

then you decide to eat wanton mee and chwee kueh there,
and da pao mee rebus back to office.
something like this.

cos you dont want to waste your effort and time to wake up early to go to the hawker centre just to eat one dish so you buy a few dishes...

For serious amateur runner, completing all the Abbot World Marathon Major marathons and get the six star Medal is the dream.

Norwegian method is action with Jakob. Workout has to take a pause every lap or 20 to 30 minutes to take lactate reading. If LT1 training, not exceeding 2 or 3 mmol. If LT2 session, not exceeding 4 mmol.

10 more days to my FM in Hanoi.

Managed to shed additional 0.5 kg to my fully hydrated weight. Made quite a big difference, I could run 6:45 per km comfortably now without my knee hurting. I think that would be my marathon pace next Sunday so would finish around 4 hour 45 minutes if everything goes smoothly

A bit disappointed at their finisher tee design. The designer so lazy, lol.
