Sure can, there are people who walk, but at a fast pace of below 9 min/km so as to make the cut-off times for the various sectors (usually the cut-off gets more and more generous after each checkpoint).
In order to do that, if you are planning to walk the whole route, most probably need racewalking technique coz that is the only option that can give you sufficient speed and decent (energy) efficiency based on walking.

Reason is that they will re-open each sector progressively for road traffic.

Mm. I just started. I will invest in shoes first

He fell correctly. I didn't know how to fall, that why got serious face injuries last time. And I was slower than the guy in the video.

Yes, that is the correct way to "roll" for cycling too, that's what i learnt. Dont fall, need to break the fall by rolling.
But really need to instrinctively / muscle memory even to actively twist to one side (master side is good) so that there is a yaw and twist to one side. Just do that by practicing a few good times.

Falling flat on one's face probably got risk in getting killed even i would say, esp for cycling, even if got helmet.

Amazon.com still has some. Bo bian, the price aint great but.......
I got mine at S$103, the blue colour one.

Got a white gold ver, S$163, shipped. US10 wide version somemore. S$138 for US10.5 wide. Quite nice if you dont mind white. Like i said, not a good price, but bo bian if you are looking to replace your current pair.
For me a US10.5 fits nice and a wee bit loose, US10 is the fitting type but might not be good for longer distances

If it fits somewhat ok, S$138 is probably as good as it can get.

Bro! Sorry, the 2nd one from Amazon.sg is women's US sizing. You need to convert to men's.

After almost clocking more than 1500km. My Saucony endorphin speed 3 totally give way. The shoe is so good that it can be used for fast speed run , long run and even for full marathon shoe. It is also very light weight which is less than 230g. The best feature I like is the "bouncy" feel. Now I have to wear my old NB 1080 temporary and I feel it is so firm and stiff when landing on it 😞. Any recommendations for any long distance shoes that give "bouncy feel" and with wide toe box ?
how do you find it beyond say 25 or 26km? i find that my one beyond that the forefoot feels a bit flat, I've got about 400km on it. Am trying to train for fm, not sure if it's foam getting flattened or to look for another shoe.

Good taper workouts before marathon

24 x 400m @ slightly faster than marathon pace/goal marathon pace (3 sets of 8 x 400m, 100m float recovery, 400m float between sets)

Turnover, feel good intervals

Super shoes with super critical foam will lose their magic touch after that distance. Actually I think it's more of the duration the shoes stay compressed. I mentioned here before, and the reason why I require on baggage deposit when come to SCSM FM. I try to wear the shoes as close to the start time as possible unless the bag deposit has a queue.

I only run at most 21km . Can't comment on the 25km or 26km. But then even I worn it after reaching the 1000km mileage. I don't feel anything flat. Usually all my running shoes last more than recommendations lifespan 500km to 700km . On average I could use it more than 1000km .
