Overheated. Excerbated by lack of water at the stations, which you might also have seen here anyway.

I think esp relevant to us here during the warm days/nights with high heat index.
Look at the heat index, not the ambient temperature only.
You can perspire all you want but it might barely help.

Got try applying very thick layer of vaseline on the blister spots? Sometimes feet can get 'seasoned' into problematic shoes by growing callous on the affected area.

I use Aonijie Coolmax E4802 or and ankle low cut E4801. 99 RMB for 3 pairs before shipping. Been using them for many years. The only time I had blister which was from a problematic shoes, a Reebok one.

The exact colors for the E4802 and E4801.

Yes, cfm my HM less than 2 hours, FM also no problem at all 😟

Sometimes very doubtful of my Garmin 965 treadmill timing 🤔
I read watch and treadmill need to calibrate to each other. How to do it? I don't know, coz I am not a treadmilll runner.

Can just base on your actual treadmill speed and compare

If base on my treadmill speed then it's 45 mins at 6Km per hour so I had ran about 4.5Km.

I asked a few people and they told me no need to calibrate cause the treadmill is not accurate so base on your watch.

My condo gym treadmill gets wonky at higher speeds, will start to record higher distance than it should.

Anyway, hands itchy....went to running level and see see look look.

For F60, her current 5k PB is right about at F40 elite level (it's just a very rough/general classification...dont over read it).

If convert to M60, she should be around 18 mins mark?
(and anyway she runs 3:30 FM so she is definitely talented and has excellent range)

Anyway she got 20:56 at Chester 5k

I highly recommended this foot glide. I never have any blisters after applying this and my toes and heel . It used to be available at Watson for $16 and now I ordered thru Amazon sg.

Like what Ender said, the metrics of other runners is different. 5 minute runner will usually have better cadence (turn-over) and stride length than 6 minute runner.

The more you run, the better you get. But if you focus on long distance, then consistency is more important than fast pace. If you focus on shorter distance like 2.4km, then running fast is important. :ROFLMAO:

Did you run with any incline % during treadmill runs? I realized that the treadmill at my usual gym has lower distance (~9.3km) when I ran 10km distance at my clock with ~1% incline, but the distance is near 10km when I set incline to ~3%. Might be related to stride length but I'm no expert on this, or the treadmill I'm running has uncalibrated belt lol.

I usually will set my incline at 1% but then if you base on the treadmill, the reading will be base on the speed you set on it irregardless of how fast or slow you run.

The inclination will only burned more calories if you set higher but distance wise will still be base on the pace you set on the treadmill.

And treadmill is not calibrated so that's why people asked me to base on my watch.
