I tried drinking water but since like cannot swallow will vomit so just took a sip to wet my mouth.

The I took the gel n my throat suddenly better so can drink water liao.

Because the texture of gel is like pipa kao.. good for the throat, .

Hello runners

What device you all recommend for heart rate monitoring which also have bluetooth that can link to the treadmill to keep track of the zone one wish to be in during a cardio session?

Polar H10, I like that it supports ANT+ as some older treadmill don't have Bluetooth haha. Supports dual Bluetooth connection too so can pair to your watch/phone as well.

Damn fast, 57s (2:22 pace) to 61s, faster than my 400m full send and they do intervals, 200m |(2:08) is like my 75m Sprint interval training pace. Pro jiu shi pro.

I saw a couple of local youtube vids, the fellas just run a couple of long runs like 15km 3 months prior and then go hoot liao.

If have run 15km one week before actual half marathon . Should be ok . Definitely not 3 months ago.

One thing I like about LSD Running is the weight loss is very huge.

Like I completed my HM and my weight can dropped by 2 to 3Kg

Yeah whole year of training wasted but it happens. Health first. Thankfully tested no covid but headache and sore throat getting worse. Next step for me I think weight loss

Stuff like that happens, hopefully you recover and go for another marathon maybe overseas ones

I am losing too much weight, I need to eat more.

U r right .
My usual weight is 54kg ++. After 21km and it drop to 53kg. My lowest ever recorded is 52.5kg.

If like that, everyday run LSD very fast can dropped to your desired weight, all those weight loss shops n equipment can closed down liao
