I think your level should be around there to train that crow pose. (Tucked planche)
To avoid injuries, can try strengthen the Triceps more.
Also Planche push-ups.
Last time, I was training for this but right shoulder was not stable enough due to earlier injury.
End up in injured again but it's good experience.
Just tried the crow pose and tocked planche push up, ok can more or less do it but need to improve on the balance, it's not easy due to the balancing motor skills needed as well other than pure brute strength.
But i just do for fun, main aim is more for strengthening.
I am also doing 1 set (say out of 3 or 4) of these pushing/pulling upper body exercises and also the legs strengthening exercises at a much faster pace so that can work the fast twitch muscles.
I think it's really good for middle age people as the loss is these fast twitch muscle fibres which cannot be regained........slow twitch you can always regain or even bring it to a much higher level as and when you desire, that one not affected by aging.
