KNN Heat index temperature now 31 deg C. I think just go out later to do some zone 2 sua no mood.
And it will get to as high as 35-36 deg C (Heat index temp) in 2-3 months time.

^ comment on the pageIt’s life changing for your poor neighbour downstairs as well. Have you asked them if you are disturbing their peacefulness?

Somehow home is not conducive for exercise for most people. I have several weights, abs roller at home that became white elephant eventually.my advice dun buy, over time become hang kopi or hang t-shirt place...![]()

personally i am someone who need a dedicated space/room for certain functions, eg. work out. if i don't have the space to workout, i wouldn't want the hassle to move things around to do so. Thats y i need to get out of my house.Somehow home is not conducive for exercise for most people. I have several weights, abs roller at home that became white elephant eventually.
Got my bmai turbo 3 yesterday and took it out for run today. thoughts are that it is definitely more stable than plaid 1.5. I think energy wise plaid gives more return but for lower speeds I think turbo 3 feels better. Race wise I think I would go for the plaid for the extra kick but fast workouts/ intervals will go with bmai.
15 min warmup
5 min fast, 5 slow
4 fast, 4 slow
3 fast, 3 slow
2 fast, 2 slow,
1 fast
10 mins recovery, then repeat
5 mins cooldown
Just ran 10k yesterday with the Turbo 3.How are your runs with the turbo 3.0 so far?
just had my first run turbo 3.0 today and was amazed i could almost sustain a pace below 6min/km throughout a HM.
Very stable, bouncy, responsive, not too soft and super light. Definitely super value for money at RMB699. Personally this feels better than my favourite, pb3.0 and Adios Pro 3.
I like the stability and lightness of the shoe and use it for most of my speed work but I think races I still prefer plaid haha. I prefer the energy return of plaid 1.5How are your runs with the turbo 3.0 so far?

you got a pair of Turbo 3.0 too! welcome to the club!Just ran 10k yesterday with the Turbo 3.
Firm yet have a degree of softness. Bouncy and indeed super light. The stock version without insole, I feel is best for runners who like to feel every push-off.
Gonna try another run with insole. I did tried walking at home with NB Rebel V3 insoles and it felt abit like Plaid V1.
Really good value. Only con is the colourway not that great. But no complains.![]()
