hmm so far i have been doing intervals like once a week from december 24 till now (3 months).
i think my average interval distance per session is about 4km to 8km
it only increased by 1 point lol. is that slow or fast?

my training status has been stuck at maintaining from start of month till now.
No idea, I never really look at vo2max myself. I just assumed it is faster with intervals hahaha. For me I only care about pace of runs and how tired I am.

I went to that place to look see at 4pm (took the chance to jog lol no sun now), yeah nothing much even in the afternoon.
Wierd.
in the end dapao a curry naan for tomorrow morning.

Now going server room to hoot strength and plyo. I think my coy might not be able to survive past this year.....really not much biz haiz.
I think the decision not to buy TT bike is correct.
Hard to find another working place so near and allows you to do exercise in server room. Hope business can pick up and can continue to survive

But i think also something to do with his genetics or large heart muscles or something due extreme endurance (he does long distance format type of triathlons). That's supposed to be his VO2max zone. I googled, seems like his max heart rate is around 160 only, at age 37. Probably at the extreme end of the variablility range.

Some of these fellas have RHR in the 30s.
genetics definitely plays a huge part, eg. Remco Evenepoel. His dad, Patrick Evenepoel, was a pro road cyclist, which probably played a significant impact on Remco's intrinsic fitness level. Even when Remco was a youth football player representing Belgium U15 & U16, he had really good stamina.

Some other patterns that i'd do |

1. Explosive up, slow eccentric down
2. Half reps
3. Fast reps either half reps or full ROM

First time i have come across single leg push ups. Seems good for us (more core work)
