Never expected this to happen in Bangkok.. Somemore they say is the epicenter. What is the geographical explanation?

Epicentre nearer to Northern Thailand region, like Mae Hong Song/Chiang Rai. It's 100km away from Mandalay.

Seems like Thailand passed building code legislation for future earthquakes in 2021, but apparently might not be enough.

Freak disaster ba..... but rather high consequence event.

Melbourne City, in Australia has “free tram zones” that’s distributed only around areas of the cbd that is commuted frequently, these zones are usually situated a few blocks around all CBD train stations, hospitals, popular tourist points .etc That is why he ran to the next stop and only then did his Myki card (our version of a PT ticket) work since no charge to the card was needed. This is for those out of the country that may not know. Some smart and quick thinking from the man actually.

Damn it, my diastolic pressure reached 77 and 76 just now (measured 1hr apart), Think i better cut down on salt and stuff and be more mindful. Will test again tonight and verify again
Used to be +/- 70 more towards upper 60s.

Actually i really dont mind the bad guys dying, issue is got good guys collateral damage, and often it is more than the bad guys.

Anyway, Myanmar the country is already in a mess. With or without this country doesn't make much of a difference.
