if my Z3 alr feel like almost walking alr, sld i try to slow down further to stay within Z2?

Yeah Z3 / tempo is good. There isnt a strict demarcation one, just a gradual shift in physiological factors in terms of percentages.

You can actually just racewalk if you want to. It will still build your cardio and pulmonary aspects.
I actually built mine via racewalking and when i transited to running i literally could instantly "pass" 2.4 of 12:30 with ease. 12:20-12:40 is last time passing mark for Cat Z, X and Y / NSF to NSmen age ranges.
You can run partially too, fall back to racewalking, then run again.

Main thing is to enjoy it and then consistency automatically follow through.

the last 5 or 6 pacers look like they can all break 4 easily.

These guys all can one. The fella beside her getting a lot of camera time is current Olympian Grant Fisher.
See his interval workout here and banging out 800s and then finally a 4 min mile as a workout.

Fit feels just about right for me. Funny thing is the rubbing and subsequent wounds only appear on my right feet while the left feet feels normal. Last thrown of dice maybe switch out the insoles and see if it helps.

Wow....looks like the Qiaodan qiangfeng 3TR not suitable for quite a few.

s, but should be aware of over training and b
Bro better chill a bit, or just break it into intervals...... that is like VO2max workout, nothing wrong but over 7km shd really be pretty advance hobbyists or sub-elite level.

Your legs can tahan from the lactate, or you just continued to "mind over body" ah?
Thanks will try to slower down, these few days already tried to slower my pace to 8min/km.It drops my avg heart rate to 173bpm.
174bpm 😱

You should be quite young 🤔
Yup early thirties.
just curious, what is your BMI ?
Currently, BMI 25. Trying to reduce and lose weight and get back to my former shape.
s this mean you stayed in zone 5 for 63% of your run and zone
My stats are based on Samsung Health, as I use my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. My activities are then automatically synced to Strava. My Wednesday run based on Samsung Health app, it shows 41min in Zone 5 (171 to 189 bpm).

Another interesting thing I found out after I ran another 7.72km this morning, the stats from Samsung Health differ to the one I synced to Strava.

This morning I did another 7.72km run around the lake.

Samsung HealthZone 5 72% 45min 30 sec (171 to 189bpm)
Zone 4 21.1% 13min 20 sec (152 to 170bpm)
StravaZone 5 0.6% 23 seconds (>188bpm)
Zone 4 61.1% 37min 39 sec (172 to 188bpm)
Zone 3 27.8% 17min 12 sec (151 to 172bpm)

It seems different apps interprets Heart Rate Zones different. The original data is from Samsung Health as I map my runs using Samsung Health on Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, then data will be synced to Strava.

Not sure why faith kipyegon believe she could break the 4 mins miles barrier where she need to lower her world record by 8 sec. That is a lot to catch up as long is more than 5 seconds. Even the next better woman for mile sifan Hussan is clocking 4 mins 12 seconds.

I believe it is as tough as a woman sprinter trying to break 100m below 10 sec .

does Samsung Health require you to input your age or birthdate?
Strava does have one's birthdate so it should have taken in yout age as a factor and regulate the zoning accordingly.

For your case i would suggest you fast walk for 5mins when you hit your first zone 5. When dropped to zone 3 then u continue running for 5 mins. After that see whether still zone 5, if yes then 5 mins fast walk again. Like that u won't chiong all the way.

okay i'll try my next run. Normally when i hit 170 to 180, i will slow down and walk for like 10 to 15 seconds before running again.

Too little recovery time won't help at all and giving u false impression of resting. It will make u feel worse and u will tend want to push further thinking that u have rested enough. Actually the best is not to even hit zone 5 at all, so that you are able to sustain a longer distance hovering around zone 3 and 4. But u will feel awkward, like having to unlearn and relearn how to jog.

yup. Samsung Health do. Take age as factor
I recommend you to do a LTHR threshold test. Then calculate the zone based on your LTHR level (aerobic fitness level).

These zones will be personalized to you and more accurate. Using a generic age to calculate do not take in account of the personal fitness or his natural max heart rate level which can be very different for different people of similar age.
