The guy in lane 1 at 10.44 and at 11.34 (tried to dodge his camera angle), is me.
I saw him running 4.20 min/km comfortably and tried to keep pace with him when I was at 11.34 of his video, I can feel the difference in his running form and mine.

You are right, I am at a lower BMI (still healthy) and I did an in-body screening of body composition analysis back in May. The ideal mineral weight range is 6-7% of my body weight. I am a little lower than the lower limit by 60g, probably might have to consider supplements.
