Trying out track run mode as suggested by @Ender. 7X700m at 4min/km with 200m jog, rest a bit then 4x400m at 1:30 with 200m jog.

ugh my ITBS is setting in again.

think i did too much last week based on TAO programme.
1hrs economy, 3.2km assessment and 30mins perceived assessment.

i think TAO doesn't add the training load progressively as it has increased by 15% from last week.

Set injury status on TAO. I also enable 'All sped work : OFF" and pace adjustment to severe. This when I had my quad injury aggravated by TAO. The injury was from last year SCSM training.

When you ready to resume full training, you can clear all injuries.

I actually did my own easy runs during the injury period. So sometimes I follow TAO training and sometimes it's my own easier run.

i scared la. think i'm gonna break for a week lol
When I had my flu, which took 4 weeks to become free of symptoms, it was a blessing in disguise. 1st week was no running, subsequent week was low mileage, even with quite a number less than 20mins. This has allow my lingering quad problem and the toe injury to heal. These problems have almost become chronic liao, with the toe I think more than 9 months.

I just cleared all injuries in TAO last Friday. And it just slowly giving me assessment and my first threshold is today and easy run less than 20mins.

i am considering to see some injury specialist which is quite known in another HWZ section. Aldin Ho from Ziklag fitness. i am hoping he can help figure out what's wrong with my knee.
