Wow......after 2 sessions of partial reps, can feel a bit of soreness . Seems like there has still been something that i didnt manage to hit, even though i was training to failure for the last set for full range of motion.

I think in future can try maybe 60% partial reps and 40% full range of motion.

Seems to have improvement, think can confirm it.
Nice weather, just splash a bit of iced water a few times ok already....still steaming at the end but still manageable.

SG prizes really Zzz, unfortunately.

But now i really into hobby / enjoyment mode already (mostly cycling, bought many stuff like helmets), just wanna see gains happy already...no need follow structure, no need training blocks, just take as long as it takes. Actually this year no races also. :ROFLMAO:

Continue the whey and creatine bro, i feel for bursts/surges, it shd help. Might be better for shorter distances.

Yes, only good for slow runs like above 6.00 pace.
But good for plodding around the area during NDP, pass the time. 2-in-1.

Weather clearing, shd have a short window, good for 5k

I think the whole of Saturday onwards should be quite a nice weather to run. It might get warmer later but still cooler yesterday 🤣

Perfect to do hard/long runs.

MBS definitely good for slow runs. A lot of bikers there on weekends. Best to run cautiously.

10k prize pool might not be that good, but I guess the HM/M ones should be good.
