Some conditions can run, and actually recommended to run, eg ITBS. But at least for me, my experience with all these stuff (and similar) like last time PF is that need to take something to put out the fire ASAP.
A runaway condition is definitely not good.
The same goes for my wife's RA / rheumatoid arthritis. Aggressive treatment.
FRom my Achilles Tendonitis experience, it's also can run. Once I done it correctly, i.e heel raise my shoes with high heel drop and slower pace and distance, things starts to get better faster.

The race for podium starts now after 36km among the 5 runners in the lead group. Hassan is still in gunning for the podium.

Actually it's not really very serious so I didn't take the NSAIDs.

I think maybe take times to heal.

But I find using the roller foam to massage my leg really helped me and also landing on my mid foot and not my heel.

I think those recovery sandals also helped which I am wearing at home now.

This is how a legend retires from Olympic. Some lucky fans have his shoes, shirt and bib.
He is the GOAT regardless of this Olympic.

Kipchoge's greatness: He stops at km 31, waits for the last runner... and retires

.....
"I stopped at km 30 and walked a couple of kilometers surrounded by people, gave them the running shoes, the bib, the T-shirt.... Everything but this (he was referring to the pants) because I couldn't," he said.

Try running in school tracks that are open to public. Uni/poly, easy to find girls out there. I usually frequent the poly track since it's the closest from my home and out of convenience, not to beo xmm.

He has the potential but I don't see him making the move anytime soon. Still young, probably will keep doing HMs and getting better at it, before transiting up to FM when older.

Watch out for Tamirat Tola/Sisay Lemma. Both are good runners, especially the latter. They train together, so will push each other to be better. Cheptegei will be moving up to marathon, though not as talented as Kiplimo but will be doing longer distance training, to acclimatise with marathon.

@sph777

Must watch race

400m hurdler gold vs 200m gold

hurdler ran 46.46 for hurdles and 43.13 for the relay split (400 PB 44.21).
200m olympic gold medallist ran 43.03 for the relay split (400 PB 44.29).
400m olympic silver medallist ran 43.00 for the relay split (not anchor runner, his PB is 43.44).

Botswana runners have been great this olympics
