Actually faking workouts is pretty common in the youtube channel for gym. Many are using fake weights. Even Athlean X was caught doing that.
Posting run is alright. It's like we do that on Strava too. Just on Instagram or FB.after I saw this, I started to think, sometimes I post my runs on insta story when I am not even fast, now need to think about posting. Actually not fast then post, is it lao kui haha

What I don't get is doing a selfie for every run post which is very common in the running groups on FB. If got new shoes to showoff, that I understand, but alot of them is just of themselves standing there, no expression, machiam like passport photo
Read there was a rematch where Jakob win Hocker. This is the one?
It recently happened to me too. Pace and stamina decline for two months. Then this month suddenly pace and stamina is back. No idea alsoRecently i have noticed my timing has declined quite a bit even though there is nothing inherent that changed. used to be 24min+ for 5km, not i'm getting 25min+....... think really age liao...
The good thing is milege has increased cos i do more double runs than last year.
Think after next Sunday yellow ribbon i can expect to decline further.

Yes, definitely could be better sleep, less stress and better recovery!Maybe you slept more bro, and ate better. And office/family less "tiring"
HGH and test secretion for the win. Esp stage 3 sleep
Drinking whey + creatine as im typing this after da session
I realised actually that the usual training is the comparatively easy part (and possibly stagnating/plateauing after a while, which happens too often for us having career/job/family)
Once you train, and train, and train, and under-recover, it's just tearing and tearing and tearing the body up. Instead of building it up which people would associate training with.
