i tried the v14 but didnt like it. it was not that soft and bouncy.
got the v13 in the end, soft soft biong biong.

The V14 is supposed to be firmer cause I think a lot of people feel that the V13 is too soft but the V13 also have 1 for 1 offer in black n blue colour.

No phones when running. Only IC and credit card (paywave....eg Mcdonald's ice cream or Fairprice).

No phones also when cycling.....but if there is a need can carry in jersey's rear pockets. Got wallet.

Waist band. Life saver for LSD, carry gel, soft flask and phone. Below is just one brand. There are other china brands to explore and compare.

In case need to stay contactable esp when cycling.
Safety. Two times when I fell, once need to call PHV driver to Seng Kang A&E. The other time was a member of public called ambulance. But if no one call for me, a phone in hand would mean I don't have to rely on a passerby to call for me. I think above 40 should carry for safety.

Anybody does sprint training? Is like max sprint 30 seconds then rest for up to 5 mins right? Rarely see people doing, most just do longer runs.

See all the sprinters looks very satki, want to emulate them also :o

So far I'm only doing 4x4 Norwegian method for my fastest runs, not really considered sprint.

It's either you wear a storage waist bag or a hiking vest.

Or no need to bring your phone since nowadays a smart watch can played music. Just bring your credit card / atm card can liao.

Been doing SITs for years. But my sprints are the shorter type sprints...... No more than 12 seconds.
Really uses the ATP-PC system purely. However, most are 4 reps only. Sometimes if dont feel like it, only 3.
Though i do something like 3 times a week, rare occasions 2x.
If i decide to do hill sprints of around 6% gradient as per my bike computer (home/office commute) then it would be more like 8-9 seconds, 2 reps per day.

As long as your heart rate gets back to around 100+ maybe 110+ can do again liao. If you want can aim for 90+ but i think not very time efficient. Esp if one is not so fit, one might not even be able to get it below 100. Depends on what you want i guess.....

Sometimes after 10k slow run, I will do 80m sprints as recommended by @Kuudere and @WussRedXLi.

Very good training for quick acceleration.

My training plan like every three weeks or so will have a workout for me called Tabata run. 20 sec full, 10 sec slow jog, repeat 8 times.
