Grant Fisher, olympic bronze medallist (5/10k): 18 mile (29km) long run at 5.22 min/mile (8 minute-flat 2.4km) pace @ 142 bpm >> Basically, easy run for him is 8- minute 2.4k pace.
Marco Arop, olympic silver medallist (800m): Ran the HM in 1:11 with 48km/week mileage. He will be tackling 1.5km competitively in 2025.
Paul Chelimo, former olympic silver/bronze medallist (5k): Ran marathon debut time in 2:18, not scaling very well into the marathon unfortunately. His first marathon was actually US olympic trials but didn't complete. This is his official time:

Alex Yee, olympic triathlon gold medallist: Will be running the London Marathon, aims to run 2:07 - 2:10. Current mileage is 96km/week. But will be scaling up to 144km/week in the lead-up to marathon.
