Think last year some posted here before, Vanessa, Romaine soh were NB runners. SO vanessa jumped ship to Puma.

The fat girl sit ups and push ups quite impressive for a normal person, not sure if she exercises in any crossfit/hyrox program or do similar exercises in gym.....must be got exercise in some way one, even if not specifically train for a certain performance goal.

Next episode / challenge is HM, 30 days training timeframe. Think vast majority here will be interested.

ps. I heard the response **** from 1 girl.

PS...... if got injury, cannot run and push thru pain one. It rarely works out that way.

Wah same same, i also whack mcdonald's ice cream at the end one. Now got $1.30 strawberry flavour, not bad you all can try.

How are your bonuses this year guys?

Haiz, coy not doing good (the so-called reason), across the board easy easy drop 1 to 1.5 mth less than last year (which already has dropped about 0.5 to 0.8 from previous yr)

Mine is CNY period 1 shot give VWS and 13 mth AWS one.
Many people in shock now, some even said going to cancel restaurant reunion (of coz we know is say say only lah, real or not nobody knows, but it might be true as well coz some really hoot for CNY one).

Think not going to buy another TT helmet that i have been aiming (Limar Alien Astana team ver) and TT bike already. (was trying to get serious for 2026 races)
Basket, coy close down suddenly also dont know what happen. lol :ROFLMAO:

Wow, got such thing.

Is it that they gauge you vs the rest of the general exercising population in a country (SG) or geolocated data from the data that they have been collecting?

If that is it, then it should be fairly accurate.

If your real age is 50, then gxgx. :ROFLMAO:
