fast or slow.. the issue for me with this shoe is that it is too soft. After the initial sink, the rebound is slow to the extend of feeling mushy. One of the rare shoes that i brought at full rrp when it was first released. REGRET. the saving grace is that it looks ok and is comfy. so it is my default take airplane shoe

PS. asics hyperspeed (i used 4, the current 5 has improved upper/cushioning) is a highly overlooked option. For those runners with lighter frame and like a fimer ride with road feel. As it is often overlooked, it comes with nice discounts.

Expensive walking shoes. Treat as fashion shoes u will feel better. My next running shoes probably addidas, or China shoes.

hahaha.. it is indeed quite fashionable. got a few people ask.. are those novablast 5 at airport lounges.
i am still sour thinking i paid rrp for these.... haiz...

Adidas SL2 is probably the best value for money daily trainer around other than china branded shoes.

These Dynafish 小鲶 sure looks interesting. Not saying its a 1 to 1 replacement for Evo SL but if its anywhere near to the Evo SL at just half the price then i think the demand will be great, especially when the western audience gets wind of it.

However my main concern will be sizing. Reading through the 6-7 reviews for the shoes on the official Dynafish store, most say choose TTS but got 1 say choose 1 size up while another say go 1 size down. Couple of videos i found online seem to indicate it runs big so go TTS the best.

Ya some reviews say size up. Some size down.

The toebox looks big so those with wider front should be fine.

The waist however look narrow. Might cause abrasion at instep for some people.

I also tempted to buy 小鲶 after Hui review.. but I just bought bmai 远征者6.0.. if only he upload his review 1 day earlier..

My size still have 1 pair available.....trying real hard to resist the temptation since i already have a pair of PB4.0 and Leili on the way. Also all white colorway not my fave since can get dirty easily and become hard to sell off if i choose to do so.

Interesting design. Looks like borrowed from the 361 flame series where there's a hole in the middle of the mid sole. I guess this add some rebound from a cantilevered effects.

Just sharing for those interested, believe it or not, own choice ba.

But i think most of the folks here also would agree that the quality of life matters as well / or even more than a very long lifespan. And i think literally all the folks here would agree that you gotta train for that preventing frp, sarcopenia to motor units loss.

So even though i think some might not agree with the fella, i think we all wanna reach the same destination.

This topic where got controversial. Sarcopenia and trying to mitgate it is improtant for our age. His teaching is not wrong, I am not against what he teaches, and agree with it. Only thing I dislike is he tries to downplay or say other disciplines are wrong, even go to extend to debunk science on other discipline, like endurance and VO2max which to me are equally important. You don't see endurance channel downplaying strength or pyro, and infact most would even welcome to include them.
