my bad, i think the pix i shared should not be the new megablast but superblast 3.Shoe iterations really so fast nowadays
Any year end/new year promo for shoes? Or good lobangs? Something for all rounder.

| Group | Annual SCD Incidence (per 100,000) | Relative Risk Comparison |
| Endurance Runners | 1 – 6 | Lowest Risk: Regular aerobic exercise provides a massive "protective effect" against daily cardiac events, despite the stress of races. |
| Bodybuilders (Amateur) | ~22 | Moderate-High Risk: Significantly higher than endurance runners (approx. 4–10x higher) due to structural heart changes and pressure loads. |
| Sedentary Individuals | 50 – 100 | High Baseline: The general "inactive" population has a high risk due to the prevalence of undiagnosed heart disease, smoking, and metabolic syndrome. |
| Bodybuilders (Professional) | ~130 | Highest Risk: Professional-level practices (PEDs, extreme dehydration) can push the risk higher than even the sedentary general population. |
exercise at moderate levels. push beyond limits at own risks. One of those news that EDWMer will justify not to exercise, and we runners are harming our body.. LOL. But statistically, Sudden Cardiac Death are like 1 in100,000 for Endurance athlete. This is a much lower than sedentary for those high risk age group above 40s. I asked Gemini for a table of comparison, endurance ruuners death from SCD is very low, but the news of just one athlete's SCD is the loudest in the media.
Normalized Comparison: Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD)
Estimates for middle-aged males (approx. 40–60 years old)

Ironman athlete Tuan Vo unexpectedly died at the age of 41, shocking the entertainment industry; the cause has been revealed.

That means sedentary individuals past 40 lagi need to screen.exercise at moderate levels. push beyond limits at own risks.
on a side note, read somewhere that resting heart rate has a direct correlation to cardiac health and longevity. And i noticed a general trend in myself, if i don't run, my resting HR will be slightly higher than when i run, eg. didn't run for approx a month in nov due to influenza and cough and resting HR average was slightly above 60. When i run, it will be below 60 (often in mid 50s zone). Maybe marginal but not sure how significant it is tho.
from my own experience... resting heart rate closely mirror aerobic fitness. 60-90min Z2 runs are good for lowering RHR and maintaining it.exercise at moderate levels. push beyond limits at own risks.

imho it is challenging/extremely difficult to convince this group of people to get moving. until "something" happens and scares the **** out of them, Their always seem to justify their excuses with "facts".One of those news that EDWMer will justify not to exercise, and we runners are harming our body..
plenty around, i have reached a point too lazy to explain to them. Just continue running & exercising and let myself to be a positive example (hopefully)imho it is challenging/extremely difficult to convince this group of people to get moving. until "something" happens and scares the **** out of them, Their always seem to justify their excuses with "facts".
personal experience just days ago... sight.....
