isit overkill to use it ?

i know watch hr monitor running not so accurate .

my hr sometime can spike quite high when running but i not really that tired

No point having all the accurate data in the world and not knowing what to do with it. For casual runners, a ballpark HR number is probably good enough.

With that said, i used to own a Coospo chest HR monitor which i bought on Shopee for $30+ and its cheap and good enough. Compared to my watch HR, i would say the readings are around 95% similar but the one and biggest difference is the chest HRM will pick up any HR fluctuations ALOT faster than watch HRM.

As someone who damages the outsole pretty quickly on most of my shoes, i much rather have 2 pairs of shoes i can destroy instead of one.

I think recreational runners, just by rpe good enough.
Chest strap if you want to be geeky in training plans with cumulative fatigue, where metrics like EF, decouple, trimp are being monitored. Most online coach will monitor these metrics on platform like interval.icu, training peaks to adapt training plans. Coz pushing fatigue, very easy to break and burn out.
Else just rpe will do when not doing any training plan and only do high quality run when you feel fully rested and recovered.

I use armband HR monitor. similar accuracy for me.
For daily or easy runs not really useful. watch accuracy is good enough. Useful for threshold and TT sessions for alerts above critical level eg 175

Received my Miro SL ordered from TB 361 official store. Paid around $63 all in after stacking bunch of vouchers. Air shipping only took 6 days which is so much faster than the torturously long but free sea shipping on PDD.

Size EU45

Fit: Snug race fit. Length wise around half finger space at the heel after wearing socks. Toe box not alot of wiggle room. Definitely less spacious than say the Lining Redhare 9U.

This is the improved tongue version and no frayed seams or threads from the looks of it. Also no weird rubbing feeling on the upper so far walking in it. Need to do more tests when i go for proper run it in.

Dont really like this colorway but my 1st choice colorway no stock for size 45 and the rest of the colorways are all predominately white with splash of other colors. Can imagine its gonna become brown after a few runs.

Guys, just tried on PDD. If you pay by credit card, it should be 0% payment fee now.

But the RMB amount is converted and settled in HKD.

Paying by Trust card and converting HKD to SGD results in a 1.2% premium. (I tried on a RMB495 purchase)

Usual fee is 2% or was it 3%?

So not totally "zero fee" but still good savings when buying over RMB200.

Under RMB200 simply tie Youtrip card to WeChat Pay and enjoy totally no fees. I think have abit of cashback on PDD purchases too.

Yes that's right.

But not sure whether the currency conversion premium goes up with higher amount, say over RMB1000.

RTings has reviewed the LiNing Redhare 9U and Feidian 6E. Personally not a fan of this kind of mechanical in-lab testing methods when it comes to running shoes but good to see some of the detailed numbers they are able to derive from their testing.

hello all, just returned from Guangzhou. decided to pop by 361 store at beijing road to try Lifeng... to my surprised, none of their staffs knew about this shoes even though i showed them the TB listing... and then was abit lazy to find other 361 store so went ahead and ordered through TB without trying... heng sizing was fine

Some shoes are 电商款 aka only available online e.g. Dynafish Xiaonian. Might be the case for the Lifeng SL.

Design wise quite nice and price also
But i can't seem to find any review lo
