Yes planning To use cdc vouchers. Anyone has any ideas

This one common problem with cyclists also, every time when there is a CDC given out.

Best to call and confirm model.
Running stores i dont think there are any actually....remember, even those factory or industrial estates or shophouses also cannot. Your best bet is bicycles.

City area - Chin Swee Rd
Hup Leong Company

Bukit Merah
Pro Cycles Bikes
HRM200 and HRM600
https://procyclebikes.com.sg/search?type=product,article,page,collection&q=garmin*

BTW her 10k is iirc 33 mins range and HM 1:12

I think she has more success in Hyrox than in running.

Back in humid Singapore. Anyone knows if there’s any heartland shops or NTUC that sells Garmin heart rate monitors
Most likely expensive.

Usually can get good deals in Carousell.

I bought my 600 from Shopee. $200 - 900 coins. Net like $191.

Outside authorized Garmin dealers sell at or near the RRP set by Garmin. Previously bought Forerunner 165 at RRP - $5 discount paid full using CDC. Currently HMR 600 is going for $179 before coupon on Amazon prime day.

The Amazon one is covered by local Garmin for warranty ?

46 deg C peaks
But the RH% is very low.

Issue is that some countries like UK only have 10% AC-ed houses.

None of the gains come from any aerobic or anaerobic fitness or lactate clearance efficiency etc.

Not optional at all : Older. Female. Juniors beginners (very very responsive to strength and neuromuscular training and starting from a relatively lower point)

5-8% @ 40 mins TT
7% @ 3hrs (durability ?)
8-14% sprint

2X a week. Just lift properly to near or to failure (or even drop sets), with a explosive preference for concentric. 1 set might be enough, or 1 to pre-fatigue/semi warm up (if you dont like warm ups) and then another to failure.

Don't waste hours weekly in the gym, which can be better used to run or cycle. Just get very good and effing strong at 1 preferred compound movement (weighted bulgarian split squats?) and focus on it, hit it hard and finish and go home recover.
Very much a balancing act for us amateurs.

This might be the most angry I've been on screen....

Last month in Las Vegas, athletes competed in front of billionaires and fitness influencers, tried to break world records, and were not just allowed to take whatever drugs they wanted, they were celebrated for it.

In this video I break down what actually happened at the Enhanced Games, who's really behind it, and why — spoiler alert — it has nothing to do with the athletes or the records.

I also try to be fair and engage with the strongest arguments in favour of it, because some of them are not stupid. And then I explain why I still think they're wrong. This one is personal for me.

I'm a 2:25 marathon runner who has dedicated my entire adult life to getting to the Olympics clean. So when something threatens the integrity of the sport I love, I'm going to talk about it.

Congrats! You're so bloody fast! If only u did this in your prime fitness era!
haiz... if i had known earlier.. the durian tree will have been big already :ROFLMAO:

starting to think of next year's challenge.. TT based on 18K run, 2k swim? duration is much longer than I like thou. Maybe 10K run 1k swim? but that don't seem to be much of a challenge unless set very aggressive timing.
