for me evening runs feel most effortless. probably cos body properly fueled and warmed up already.
but I try my best to do my runs in the morning or at worst late morning. cos afternoon/evening runs have a tendency to get pushed around by the day's proceedings. night runs are mostly no go for me cos I have difficulty falling asleep after that.

so got to ask ourselves if we run more so that you can buy "more" shoes ... or you buy shoes already so you have to run
If I ever do night runs is usually after kid falls asleep

Has anyone try jogging in the morning before going to work?
Wanted to try but I don't think I can wake up earlier and afraid might feel tired during work
if wana run early before work, try on a day u wfh so even if u are tired, u may doze off awhile compared to being in office.
it helps alot to sleep early the night before or else the next day would be tough / tired.
many early runners here, need to adapt your own body clock. morning runs are cooling, can be a 5km, 10k or half marathon, listen to your body is most important. :o

Went to Asics store to have a look. The 4 colorways available at launch are alot nicer than the ones Novablast 5 had at launch. Might be worth considering when price drops to sub $100sgd on PDD.
Colors kind of muted to me. Though Teal and Rose dust are okay.

Had enough of white/black from china shoes. :s13:

Below review suggests bouncy fore/mid foot while heel is more to stability.

Sounds like my cup of tea. Last Novablast was version 3 which works pretty well but lost the bounce after maybe 200km.

Wait for discount. 😂

Yeah i like the muted colors. See some comparisons between the Megablast and NB6 since both uses the FF Turbo² foam but its one full slab on the Megablast while on the NB6 its only partial around the forefoot area.

I like his videos. Detailed explanation and the infographics he uses are easy to understand. Most importantly he doesnt come across as being "in the pocket" of the big brands to promote and hype up crap.
