For me, TTS. it's the no hairy tongue fixed version 1. Upper is extremely breathable. Width is just nice for my normal width foot, so I call it normal width. Not for wide footers. The 361 lf sl 1.5 models do have the lifestyle footwear look for some of the colorway. I also find the newer colorway for v1 also have the lifestyle look. Do note that I am old man taste, wear hawker style singlet most of the day.
Same fitting for me. TTS. the width is comfortable but i agree ... not for wide foot.
for sg weather.. v1 has my recommendation. One thing on the "prickly" tongue issue. there are actually 3 versions
v1- really jialiat .. the tongue was really prickly.. and the underside of the front part of the tongue of shoe also have the same issue.
v1.1 they realised they have a huge issue and manually trimmed the side of tongue. So not as prickly but the concealed front part of the shoe retains the same problem. it's basically v1 stock with manual trimming.
v1.2 this version has a thin "rubbery" border on the tongue and edge surface of the tongue assembly extending to the front part of the shoe. So this version totally fix the issue.

So easiest way to make sure you get only v1.2 is to get the later batches color way. peppa pig, maracon and the champion (light gold color stripe) color way. the earlier color way may still get old stocks. I have neighbours getting v1 and v1.1 even after I got v1.2. My two pair one is v1.1 and one is v1.2. the v1.1 sometimes can feel a prick here and there but does not bother me.

Bro was so fast that his slowest pace in the HM still gave him a 2.4 timing of 6 mins 34 sec.

His fastest 5k split pace would yield him a 2.4km split of 6 min 24 sec.

ps. NR for a Singaporean is by Shaun, at 6:47.01
Fastest ever went at Pocari Sweat 2.4 (on a track and electronically timed + photo finish) was 6:47.002 by Subas Gunung.
Both gotten this year 2026 just 1 week ago.

Bro's last 1.097km from 20km to finish line pace was also faster than our women's 800m NR , with an equivalent 800m timing of 2:02, at a pace of 2:33 min/km.

2:07.79 Goh Chui Ling
2:07.4 Chee Swee Lee

Keljecha was just 2 seconds slower than our 1km men's national record at his last 1km pace of 2:33 min/km.

1000 m2:31.05Jayden Tan

Oh, Keljecha's fastest 5km split's pace of 2:40 min/km is on par with Shaun Goh's 1 mile PB pace (4:18.6 timing).....to give you an idea on the paces involved.

Upon further look, i think need sprint queen Shanti's anaerobic sprint power to run around 600m ish to equal Keljecha's finishing pace in the last 1km........in local women's context.

Yeah must practice one......to find the fastest pace / most efficient way your body can handle. That's why i mentioned both ascent as well as descent. Then it becomes muscle memory and second nature.
Then race day comes and you'd know what to do.

Actually, Sheares bridge itself can be practised to a large degree, access via Republic Boulevard and there is a flight of stairs up, then go down and end at Gardens by the Bay. Some cyclists use a similar route via Republic Blvd to climb up and then end at the same GBTB/MBS area.
there are a few ways but the actual part used in the marathon not tryable haha, u can also access via gbtb the opp way, also can access from the staircase towards the entrance from bay east to east coast park

bros... take your hydration seriously. had a scare after my long run.
Potassium was at 6.1 mmol/L. After drip dropped back to 4.

Cos it was a full nasal easy long run. I didn't realised I was losing so much fluid! Literally I was the frog that was being cooked:ROFLMAO:. I started my run mid morning and the sun was unforgiving.

Blessing is that all is well and nothing damaged and now I have a full blood works to geek out on.

Run safe everyone.
sometimes hard to tell. Get well soon

Really need to hydrate, preferably with just a small touch of salt for normal non-salty sweaters.
BTW this is esp true in the future, with the onset of the El nino into the Super El nino range, and later Oct-Dec to be in the "unchartered and history" El nino range, since 1887.

My current LT2 sessions 4 x 12min with 5 mins rest, each rep i always stop by Imbiah station toilet to lim cool water from water cooler and splash with cold water during the 5 min. That water cooler is ice cold one.

Also to drink cold water of coz.

I think MBS area can use either MBS slightly AC-ed (at that time) or Esplanade water cooler just outside the toilet. Usually is rather cool water (but not as cold as the one at Imbiah station Sentosa) unless cyclist or runner go fill it all up.
