Fellow runners I would like to check how long you guys recycle your running shoes, been using it since 2024 Dec, should I replace with new one??

time to buy new ones, now quality chinese running shoes are accessible and highly affordable.
keep running in these may affect your balance that lead to possible injuries

Wow. Likely more than 1500km !

Normally I will change my shoe at 800km or the shoe no longer feel responsive

Inching forward. Slowly but surely. Finally sub 1:40 for half marathon on treadmill. No incline

Stop running since 1 week ago .
Not sure when can resume .

Would u all switch to indoor running on treadmill or completely stop running for now? Because of the haze

One week never run getting itchy. My side Longvale PM2.5 is hovering around 250s.

Going out soon to at least do some strides. If air quality worsen will discount to walking.

And if lagi jialat will discount to grocery trip. Hope the winds favour me.

My last run was on the 12 oct . I have to run by sat or sun to maintain my fitness

Seem to me for the past days . The northern part of SG has the lowest PSI and PM 2.5 reading. I guess I have to drive all the way there (punggol) to run.

Just read that Great eastern women run for this year also cancelled. The date is scheduled on 1 Nov 2027. I thought the haze situation will improve by then
