Trained in the gym. Some huge guy was lifting 120kg for reps on the inclined press.

If anyone wants to trade a 20kg KB that I have for a 24kg KB let me know.

slow and steady. lats tighten, glutes squeezed, hamstrings activated. slight hip raise before the lift.

How many times do you lift a week jokerk? Just picked up bjj and mt and sometimes I'm so sore I don't even wanna get out of bed :/

lift 4x
jiujitsu trainings 1x but I need to make it twice a week now.

Pretty much why I'm on 531 and "not doing Jack chit"

Rolling is freaking tiring but your body conditions itself to it

Rolling is freaking tiring but your body conditions itself to it


The DOMS are so intense. Especially the neck and traps when you get headlockrd. :/ yea decided to drop to Greyskull, basic 3x5 program. Hopefully I'll get conditioned soon .

And too bad my instructor doesn't focus on throw which you seem to do quite abit of

yup i'm learning traditional jiujitsu. get to learn judo throws as well as grappling.

liberating feeling to train in a sarong. hit one more rep than the previous cycle.

i did some autoregulation. increased the first two sets by 2.5kg, last working set by 5kg from the last cycle.

I now understand why you do 'i aint doing jack s***'. Grappling and striking work really takes alot out of your legs, arms and core.

Got to make it a habit to update this log more regularly.

I went for an overseas assignment in Bali on tuesday. Did my benchpress workout in Hammerhead gym. Pretty decent gym. Some angmohs training in slippers though.

It is pretty much like clubfitt with better equipment.

yeah man it really takes a lot out of me. But i noticed some decent bodycomposition gains after rolling more often.(i got leaner).
