Most important is you have to decide whether u like it or not. Price is secondary. Of course if choose the same materials as hdb, done outside is more expensive.

The living room floor tiles, and bedroom/bathroom doors are almost the same for all BTO. Best is you can visit your friend's place who have just got the keys for the BTO and take a look and see whether you like it.
