Login MyHDB page and the application status was updated with the appointment date for 8 Nov, hopefully by that time there are still some "leftovers"....

anyone ballot for Clementi? Minds sharing your queue number and which unit you are going for?

I've just joined this forum to suss out & discuss which units other Clementi Gateway applicants would be interested in.

My bf and I have received the brochures and price list. God's willing, we shall be considering unit 117. South. Storey undecided as it's really expensive!

You might want to take a look at raremerchandise.blogspot.sg/2012/08/july-2012-bto-clementi-gateway.html. A relatively comprehensive visual, or rather-- the only visuals you'd be able to get for now, on the direction of where the sun is upon the blocks and units Clementi gateway has to offer.

Someone has has shared his opinion on what would be best: h88.com.sg/article/Clementi+Gateway+review%3A+Location,+prices,+site+layout+and+best+units/

Hope this helps.

I do have a question of my own.

Say, during the time of application, I was not working but am recently employed. My CPF contribution would not reflect anything for the past few months. Would the HLE be affected? Is the credit assess strongly dependent on the current situation or upon collection of the units? We would of course, like to select an excellent unit, but the price is exorbitant which means we have to get more loan from HDB. Does anyone have an idea?

Clementi gateway - Somehow I feel the orientation for 3 room is better than the 4 room. Floor plan for 4 room also very bad having the bomb shelter in the middle of the living room. Anyone applying Clementi, please give your comment

I agree. I hate the bomb shelter. It makes the living room smaller and kinda separates dining and living room area. I can't think of any place to put a full length shoe cabinet. It's most annoying.

You received the brochure already? seems like you are holding a good queue number. I have yet to receive the brochure... when is your appointment date?

Yes, we also prefer #117... think by our turn to select, likely not many units left. Can only take the leftover.
