Err you mean the butchers and their clivers? I am under impression ts is not a butcher right, ts?
you like that say means you don't buy pork every week from the wet market liao

Butchers will sharpen their knives many times over in a day and will not be posting such question in the forum I am guessing, right?
where got many times? i bought for years from the same butcher and never saw him sharpen once. bone chopping edges are different from cutting slicing edges. you need a heavy blade to go through 1-2 inch thick bones. i can confirm you don't buy meat at all and never prepared bkt at home before
