I was there for lunch just now
Had chicken rice and Thai food
Boss (wife) like the hawker haha, never try the coffee :(

By the way really kena smoked, the appointment is next Sunday pm not tomorrow

Encountered several agents camping at the carpark when we are on the way to eat, one said so difficult to find prospective buyers now.. I wonder how’s the response be like

None approach me la. I like their 6xxsqft 1+Study layout tho.

There will be tons and tons of 1 bedders TOP-ing very soon. What are the demographics of the people who are going to rent them? I have no idea.

There will be some takers, but the supply far outweigh the demand imo.

Unmarried people tong till 35 to get a big resale hdb to house their pets. That's the trend.

No one wants to stay in a mickey mouse place for too long.

IMO.

Is it advisable to buy one bedder here? This is rich people's area so I guess price is not a concern. Do you think there is a demand for 1br unit?

1Bedder should be sold out(or close to) during first day of ballot as rentability’s high at the area be it for schools/work/town. Yield not bad also since 1bd going at ~1.1x and rental rate around the area’s ~3k. For more insights wait for Nishizhu/1993newbie bros haha

To be honest, though there’s rentability for kopar, however based on nearby condo like L’viv one bedder is now commanding rental about 3k. Not forgetting minus off $400 For maintenance fee, the gross rental yield is below 3% (based on 1.0xmil). Not really attractive imo. Nevertheless, still will go and see see look look.
