It’s more like weekend nobody want to go?
It’s because of Covid19, too many people registered but not enough slots on weekends therefore preview period extended(26Mar - 12Apr as of now). Everything’s subjected to changes though, everyday I wake up I hear new news from the developer

Seems like 1000 registered
So ballot (seems likely) will be 13 April Monday?

My agent keep texting me this slot full that slot full. Keep changing the slot until I lost track.
Now still rescheduling. Looks like a lot of pple visiting Kopar SF.
Nb, where’s the recession.

Facing the same issue as well

I think it's more of the government trying to restrict max no. of ppl per session (not just SF, but gatherings in general).

2 bedroom for own-stay

1.3-1.4m, frankly speaking not bad. I would have Guess that.

But I still like D7...hehe

I now half hearted due to Low gross rental yield after factoring in $400 maintenance fee, though I know rentability is there

I'd probably be keen on high-floor, outer facing (e.g. Stack 17) but unlikely prices will be favourable (<2.3k psf).

If that's the case, I'll just hold out for Midtown Modern or resale over the next few months. D7's a great place to live in

Midtown modern from some sources indicate may probably starts from 2.3kpsf. Guess will be 5-10% more expensive than the M on average. Sigh jin moody.

If MM launch at 2.3k and average at 2.5k, wouldn't that good news?

Assuming they upkeep the same "Guoco standard", 5-10% higher than M is well worth it any day -- for own stay, that is :D

The problem is MM or 1 bedder won’t be 2.3kpsf for midtown modern I think. The M studio/1 bedder is already 2.4kpsf and above.

Yes, Kopar time slot keep changing. Hope to get a slot for this weekend :)

TQL land bid price is about 5% higher than the M.
GuocoLand won’t price as Low like the M to sabo their own midtown Bay.
