So 1 batch 20+
So 17 sold means it’s pretty good
Except for stack 13 cos priced too high

The first few batches will catch all the lowest priced / most ideal units

It’ll be more indicative to see how subsequent batches convert

dad itchy looking at #05-13.. working around the numbers on projected psf in a few years time after considering BSD + seller commission + reno charges etc

me being good son telling him dont bite..

stack 13 - nothing sold yet

Assuming $1.569m for 02-13 as seen, isn’t it $22xxpsf for the 2bdr2bath.
If so, I thought the take up rate should be good. Not sure I miscalculated or missed sth.

Lol that’s my exact top choice unit too, but at $1.605k (2.33k psf) it’s a little hard to digest leh...

yes u are right. its 2277 psf. but i think the proximity to the pool might mean it gets quite noisy.

Haha there’s always a pro and con of each unit. At 22xxpsf for CCR new launch and pool facing, it should be taken up soon (my guess).
