any good food near ksl at night, not driving in

Good is very subjective. I just went to Cedar Point food centre and found the good so so only but of course, relatively value of money in exchange of our currency.

Is there any bus that brings you from Tebrau City to KSL?

Just take any bus that goes back to Sentral, or tell driver you want to alight at Pelangi (it is one stop before Pelangi stop). You alight opposite Crystal Crown hotel and walk over. its mere 5-10 min walk. There is no direct bus from Tebrau Aeon. Did this several times.

Good = ?

Geylang Frog Porridge opens until about 4am, saw quite a few cars stopping there nightly - road down left of KFC exit. Lok2 van further down same road. Turn right Indian coffee shop, and a few other foods along the row.

Any bus from city square that goes to ksl?
No. Buses from JB Sentral.

Cedar Point I normally have these at random - rojak, pork satay, BBQ chicken wings, oyster omelette, sometimes mee bakso or nasi padang.

The chicken wings and oyster omelette are definitely better than those at the other hawker center.

My previous post are those that open into the night as I see them around 3am, not sure what time CP closes. The Indian coffee shop is my regular breakfast place.

Went KSL yesteday. Ate chicken up at Holiday Villa Hotel. Long queue.

The chicken wings are very nice but I dislike the noodles. Their noodles soup are nothing but instant noodles. I found a small piece of instant noodles wrapper inside my noodles. Prices are reasonable RM13 for chicken wings (4 pcs) and noodles RM12 (plain noodles) and RM18 (seafood noodles).

Few durians stalls near KSL entrance and on Level 1 event hall. No price was indicated.

Have not been to Legoland myself, but:

You can consider Causeway Link's JPO2 for bus service:
Shopping & Leisure Bus Services

For cab, my guess is those waiting there won't turn on their meter, so your bet may be to use Grab or Uber. Fare shouldn't be more than RM30, estimating from my trips from Taman Bukit Indah to KSL.
