Monday.
Walk out from the KSL's entrance beside Coffee Bean and you will see those busy hawkers setting up the pasar malam. Pasar Malam starts to sell around 5pm or so.

I'd recommend the Roasted Duck. Half of it is RM25. Almost same price with SG but the taste compared to Singapore is 10 times yummy.

Roast duck in pasar malam or stall near KSL?

Any other good food to recommend other than the roasted duck?

what's good at pasar malam :
- malay stall selling satay - satay and packet nasi lemak is good
- fried carrot cake (black one)
- chee cheong fun & steamed yam cake (aka Chwee Keuh stall)
- Indian man selling deep fried vadai - cheap n good (not always there)
- a small stall selling nasi campur with rendang without coconut. quite good.

2 stalls selling penang laksa & chendol (with small tables & chairs to sit & eat) - i think its only average

for good coffee, go back to KSL Kopi Cawanmas.

I'd choose Coffee Bean, and make sure one sits beside the driver when the car arrives.

Whichever side you choose to call from, stay away from taxi queues and drivers.

Taxi drivers aren't exactly fond of these Grab/Uber drivers, and some tend to show it. Been discussed here before, so I won't elaborate. But your choosing to use Grab/Uber instead of heading for the line of taxis at the stand at KFC exit should give you an idea.

I personally tend to treat the Grab drivers like friends; sit in front, greet them, don't pay them too obviously/openly, and thank them properly.

Can't compare like that. The blue ones charge higher fare rate. So call premier taxi. Anyway, going back to CS with all the jam and slow moving traffic, certain much higher than going from CS -KSL about RM7-8
