Hi, can share how much did you pay for the progressive lens with frame? What lens did they use? Were you be able to collect it within the day? Thanks.

Can't remember the price. Progressive ones can only be collected after a week or so, only normal reading glasses on same day.

I'm not familiar with specs so no idea what lens they used.

Anyway, Dr Specs prices are very transparent, as you'll have the breakdown as you choose their options one by one.

Hi Habrosus,

Thanks for the reply. Will explore soon.

Dr specs in KSL - no more RM35 liao, they have increased to RM55 when I made my second pair.

Is the price still at RM55 or they have increased further now?

any1 tried repairing Ipad before at KSL? i see many shops but dont know which one to go for...

The place I repaired my Samsung Note 1 & S3 is in front of the movie entrance, & the stall name is Mobile Specialist.

They said they do repair iPad. You can call Ah On @ 010-666 6001 to enquire.

Tried the newly opened An Zhong Wanton Noodle stall, directly opposite KSL KFC exit across the road.

Not bad for cheap eat.

RM7 for large, RM6 small. Fried Wanton is tasty RM5. Prune + Lime drink RM2.5. Generous noodles but not much "liao".

Also have laksa.

the only confusing part is right after clearing Immigration.

iirc, need to keep left, up the ramp, follow road signs to Jln Tebrau.

As u drive along, it will become the same route as S1/M17 bus ... u will pass a Petron, then Shell on the left. Keep left, exit main road, then turn right. the rest shld be familiar.

Should keep right, up the ramp, after clearing Immigration & Customs.

Driving to KSL:
After JB Customs, take the right exit, up the ramp ie Lebuhraya Tebrau exit (Jalan Tebrau); when you see Shell Station on your left, then keep left to go down the slip road (do not keep right ie up the flyover), where you will see traffic lights under the flyover. Keep to the left lane or center lane. The extreme right lane is a return (U-turn) lane.

Turn right towards Kota Tinggi direction, ie you are on Tebrau Highway, then go straight up all the way.

At the 1st cross road: when you see Plaza Pelangi on your right at a cross junction, turn left at that traffic light junction, into Jalan Harimau.

About 400m, turn right into Jalan Seladang at T Junction with Grand Paragon Hotel on your right. KSL is located on your left near the end of Jalan Seladang.

Saw the single pic post by Kitaro9202. Can't tell how much portions.

If without full picture, i would say that shop is to chop sinkies carrot with small @RM6. Locals consider it expensive. If locals consider expensive it brings us right back to --> chop sinkies carrot.
