And more than 1/3 chose to add 256GB SSD.

..............................

Really tiny, so tiny even the stiffness of cables--power, K/B, mouse--will hang it side way, The worst is HDMI. The constant on/off of fan is too irritating.

Overall is good, performance is about the same as 9 years SandyBridge i5. Fortunately the UHD600 has hardware video decode, 4K@30 is smooth, 4K@60 on YT will have some drop frame.

Only 1 thing I wish they could have improved--the USB. 2 ports are not enough, plug in K/B + mouse, no more. BT connection needs driver, also useless in BIOS/UEFI. one more would help a lot, 2 more would be perfect. And the USB-C port is a joke, basically they swap the barrel power input with USB-C connector, it can't be use for USB-PD or anything USB related connection.

For the size and weight, these are unfortunate side effects. In my opinion, you should try to stick it with velcro to the table so that it will not drop due to the weight of the cables or sudden jerks. USB unfortunately will need to get those USB 3.0 adapter for more ports.

I'm one of them who added the SSD :s13: Agree with the irritating fan which goes on and off constantly...hopefully there is a fix in future.

Using LAN and tested 4K30/4K60/8K30 YT with no issues with playback.

These are the videos I tested.

i set max cpu to be 60% under power options so the fan is OFF all the time.

i use a usb hub so will not spoil the port. hub can easily replace.

yes i tried pd didnt work. dont understand why not stick to original plan with barrel power input

yea my placement does not give me good WiFi signal so I could only use LAN :s13:

the user experience so far has been excellent! pretty impressed with this little guy...I will give it a 9/10 (except for the fan) against my needs.

I think the CPU is too under power already, don't think I want to handicap it further. Wonder if theres an option to run it 100% fixed, fan isn't too loud, its the spinning up/down that's annoying. This could have been solved with a BIOS/software option, This is common knowledge, how Chuwi fail to realise, show how good/bad is this company.
