bro, i really can't remember. that was my impression when i was looking around at the prices of different clinics late last year.
you can call them to check out the prices, which was what i did.
a point to note is that EEC has different machine at different branches, with the novena branch having the better machine ie. 750, which most clinics are using it.
Clearvision should be the only , using the new and faster 1050. but that was last year when i was looking at the "prices".
there are really too many factors to look around, cheaper prices of surgery, expensive follow up consultation, complication post surgery, different enhancement fees and period (with some giving 2 years, while other give 3 years) and reliability of doctors.
with eyes being the most or one of the important organ, i really don't want to take any chances. hence, i'm considering only PRK, the flapless procedure. lasik, with the corneal flap created, will never be able to heal.
