Hi, just wondering if anyone has super high astigma and did Smile? I did an assessment lately and my current astig is 925(L) 750(R).. myopia is 75, 50.. I'd like to opt for non flap surgery but worried if there's higher chance of failure or regression?

If going to dr natasha quote LVBoi ( aka Alex) to get referral discount of $200 off treatment and full consult @ $75 instead of $150 usually. With a saving there and also referral code for Eagle savings, u should consult both doctors to double check your safety/ options as well as the key factor of which one you feel most comfortable with answering yours questions and treating you. I heard Julian T has a long wait list to see him and Dr Natasha can have long waiting time in clinic too, as they are both very busy. Good luck.

I dont think any lasik / smile / prk Laser can treat that high astig, maybe ICL can but doubtful also. You should get a check up to make sure your cornea is healthy and not have any inherent weaknesses.

1, costs of surgery ( can vary by 30% depending on high degree / high astig etc)
2. Surgeon experience and your comfort with the surgeon explanation & surgery done in sterile Operating Theatre (OT) or just "clean room"
3. Cost if need to exchange size of ICL and need to pay for OT fees again?
From my own research both their ICL prices are definitely competitive in market and cheaper than others but need to to check individual costs.

Hmm I did transprk 2.5 months ago and right now my left eye is significantly more blur than my right, think about 75degrees for left and almost 0 for right. Anyone faced this issue? Worried that my left eyesight would not improve

Dr Lim don't have the machine for no touch epilasik which is the Schwind amaris laser? She has the i-Design iLasik for Wavefront guided treatment for PRK / LASIK .

The benefit for Schwind is quicker / less painful recovery for Epilasik / PRK but the technology for Wavefront ILASIK improves night vision . So have to tradeoff either longer recovery or poorer night vision . Why cannot have LASIK ? this usually has the best 'wow factor'
