Do not need to enter the premise. I parked my car at the side and just handover my drive after writing down my particulars on a book. You need to print the generated RMA form though.

external injury don't know can RMA or not... did it affect the harddisk reading? i just RMAed my unit yesterday... and today just got it back already!

They still haven't come back, even emailing them yield no reply.

I checked the Seagate website and it told me to go to Achieva.
Achieva said they don't provide 1 to 1 exchange and I have to go there and collect the hard disk another time.

They won't send the hard disk to your place anymore ?

They said it will take 2-3 weeks!

I thought ppl here say only take a few working days.

Since there's hardly any reliable info on their operation hours beyond the lines of "Monday to Friday, Normal Office Hours" I'm posting the above information which was copied from their door so any future searches should give a more reliable info.

EDIT: The China Square option has also seem to be removed.

i got myself 500gb SATA harddisk replaced by seagate to new one and courierd to me in 7 working days...

It is now more than 3 weeks and I have not gotten back my hard disk.
I called Achieva the past 2 days and they said they would check the status and return my call but they did not.

I think going to UPS House is better.
