Just because you are better than me in english doesnt give you any right to mock at me, unless you are trying to conclude that if a person is weak in english will find difficulty in learning third language thus from my point of view, you are giving me a feeling of sarcasm and therefor such senseless and idiotic comment should be refined to yourself.
Lastly, i can conclude that you are no better than a kid in terms of mentality, maybe you do have such illness such as inferiority complex, therefore you simply mock at the slightest mistake make by a average human being such as grammar mistake, and if you are that professional in your english language, may i know why you didnt correct my mistake, unless you are no better than me?
Cool it, why do you assume people are mocking at you? I actually agree with Kitsura - that's good advice I'll give to my best friend. English is an important skill you'll need when you start working in Singapore, and it can make all the difference to your future. I figure you're probably still very young (waiting for 'O' level results) and don't see the importance of English, hence the laziness in checking what you have typed (or just typing in what you assume is shorthand that people can understand), leading to errors that you know you won't make in your English exams.

JLPT is an exam - the standardized Japanese Language Proficiency Test set by Japan for foreigners. Do you mean to ask if you can still take JLPT or did you mistake JLPT for a japanese language school? Because you asked if JLPT or Bunka is better, and Bunka is a japanese language school.
You can take the JLPT every first Sunday of December. As of now, there are 4 levels of JLPT. This will be restructured into 5 levels soon (maybe 2 years later?), but the idea is the same - it is still THE japanese language test by Japan for foreigners. You can search wikipedia for more details.
Both Bunka and Ikoma are reputed to be good schools, but there are others too, such as Hougang Language School and JCS, which are cheaper. There has been a lot of discussion on each of these schools in this thread, by some learners of japanese who have attended these schools, so their comments are probably more valid than anything I have to say. Which school you choose will depend on your budget, your reason for learning, your self-discipline, your study approach, etc. There are also people who do self-study.
Before posting your next question, you might want to do some internet search on the various japanese language schools, as well as ask yourself why you really want to learn japanese. When you randomly ask questions that show how little background check you have done on the internet, people tend to ignore your questions. If you can't be bothered to find out what is JLPT, why should anyone bother to answer you?
