Lendlease Global Commercial REIT and Temasek Holdings
Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings has become a substantial shareholder of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, with its deemed interest rising to 5.01 percent from 4.98 percent previously, Temasek said in a filing to SGX Friday.

The increased interest was due to Fullerton Fund Management, an independently managed Temasek portfolio company, acquiring 342,800 units of the REIT in the market on 7 October for S$326,448, the filing said.

Temasek said it does not own a direct interest in the REIT’s units.

U just proceed to sell. Brokerage perform transactions for u only. It’s the cdp the defines what u have or dun have.

Same logic applies if u buy using kim eng and sell using vickers

On this point. I know several years back we reduced lot size to 100 instead of 1000

Yes technically. But its the number of shares that matters. Downsizing of lot ish to encourage liquid market and to lower barrier of entry for those low capital young people. Old uncles aunties no impact.

this kind of ipo that doesn't require cornerstone investors to have lock in period bodes badly. no longer vested. exited with 2 pips gains on 300 lots
