That is correct observation. For all my past rights exercise for other stocks price almost always drop due to the larger number of shares issued. It may take awhile depending for it to rise slowly for REIT stocks.

I assume after the closure of the exercise, the market price should drop down to roughly .72 as well right?

issue price at 0.72, to make it simple.. u dont wan odd lots also.. and pray hard can get through excess..

so whenever new units you are entitled, u just make it full like last time which is 1000 units.

and then pay $0.72 * $1000 = $720

or $0.72*2000
*3000
*4000
*5000
*6000

and so on...

isnt it simple and neat?
