If you ever step into Jem, you will know it's foot traffic is indeed superb being directly linked to Jurong east MRT. I have lendlease reit both with cash and srs. Since the share price is holding up, the market is treating this as a good deal.

Painful for retail investor having to fork out cash on this. Hopefully this will turn into a good deal for the long term.

Going to subscribe both with cash and with SRS.

Which is even better than iBanking IMO because you save $2.

You just have to be patient and wait for the letter with the QR code for PayNow application.

Actually, in one of my other preference share offering, I was pondering if I were to use paynow, do I include the total number of sharea(allotted + excess) + $2 fee. As I was unclear, I went to use the ATM.

Now your post is saying that if I use paynow to subscribe, I don't need to pay the $2 admin fee?

Please confirm.

Your post actually solve my query couple of NRO offering prior to this.

If your answer is yes, then I will use paynow from now on. $2 is not much. But it's still money.

There is a rights followed by optional excess rights they are to be paid to different UEN via Paynow? If pay to one how to indicate rights and excess rights? Sorry curious to know as next time my other stock kena I know what to do to save the ATM approach of $2

That is correct.

If you want to apply for excess units, just include the total value (including the excess units).

Very important is to make sure you enter the Paynow reference in the manner prescribed in the letter.

CDP will reject your application (and refund the monies) if the reference is keyed incorrectly.

Should be priced. Already dipped. Then seems to have recovered.

All stock act differently, it can go up or down. Depend on the market demand and supply.

That is correct observation. For all my past rights exercise for other stocks price almost always drop due to the larger number of shares issued. It may take awhile depending for it to rise slowly for REIT stocks.
