But I noticed during august when STI and blue chips dropped very badly, the defensive counters such as REITS rose instead in a very bad market. And this lendlease is a REIT.

Becos My $120,000 Fixed Deposit will mature this friday(2 days from now, meaning if I click buy now, T+2 will be in time to be fully-paid when my I withdraw my $120,000 FD this friday). And SSB rates are now so low and many other REITS's their prices are very high.

Hence I am undecided whether to just buy now at 92 cts or not? Or wait for below 88 cts then buy??(But someone told me that the chances of local reits falling below IPO price is close to zero) And he said this lendlease is considered as a local reit

U should standby 100k for emergency. 100k for buying hdb and marriage
