Ok price close 6.5 cents above the PO price. Still can subscribe using PayNow till 9:30 pm tonight. Will the price drop toward 72 cents soon after today? Since the announcement of the PO, the trading volumes were rather high and the lowest price was 75 cents. I guess it may drift toward 75 cents again if private placement holders want to earn the quick 2.5 cents.

Refund and units deposited into your cdp

I saw this lendlease R-NRO thing in my cdp portfolio. Unit cost is left blank but the qty is correct (subscribed amount).

Does this means i got the subscription ?

Cant take screenshot as i am on mobile and the app dont allow me to take screenshot due to security policy.

That should be your rights that were credited at the start.

in any case, if u are not over subbing, and paid for what you are entitled to, you will sure get it. So nothing to worry about unless you think you did wrongly

Quite decent actually. >90% of unit holders subscribed, so on average each applicant can get about 10% excess.
The excess mainly depends on how much you are originally entitled to, not how many % you apply. Apply 1million times excess also no use if your entitlement is just 100 units.

Number of New Units % of Preferential Offering
Valid acceptances 311,856,291 90.2%
Excess applications 162,912,387 47.1%
Total 474,768,678 137.4%

33,721,158 excess unit to satisfy 162,912,387 excess application. As far as excess application is concerned, it is 4.83 times oversubscribed. Therefore, if we applied for excess, we should get at least 20% more of the PO we entitled. I hope for more though since the related parties such as substantial shareholders, manager of the reit, directors etc are ranked last in the allotment of excess.

Nah. That's not how units are allocated for excess application. It is not linear.

The exact allocation algorithm is something of a black box and is likely to differ for different REITs.

What is consistent is that priority will be given to the rounding up of odd lots. And those with management ties to the REITs (like BOD, executive managers, substantial unitholders etc) will be accorded the lowest priority.

How they allocate for those in between will never be known.

Paul Lee look to be a seasoned REIT investor. As you stay longer in SGX you will get used to rights excess rights exercise. Last time a lot of such exercises going on for REIT stocks in particular. So much so that you need to see how much capital you have on hand if every few months one REIT stock rights exercise appear. Those were the days of really monies not enough as you still need to eat and spend so a dilemma and also last time I young earn not so much.
