Haha, the guy told you everything?? My wife just informed me that monitor delivered and i think i am the only one having HWZ to email me and ask for my address to send me the letter.

Knew there was no stock when you went to collect and yesterday when I was there to collect my Dell Power Companion, heard the Dell guy asked the delivery man to make a call first before delivery; so I asked him is this 24" monitor for someone from the contest.

This is the XPS 13 we've been talking for the whole week. It is seriously a bummer to see the DPI scaling (by default) doesn't scale to the physical screen size as seen above. I need to face very close towards the screen in order to see the wordings and adjust the slider to 250% (recommended scaling level).

Alienware alpha is just half size of normal keyboard judging by the looks of it well hidden. Despite that, it has quad core cpu. Did you test the Windows performance, luckily ours is installed with full Windows OS than steam OS.

Window scaling ui is real bad man. Mac under screen preference neatly lays out the scaling option and results. It is wasting the high dpi screen like XPS13 and xps15..

Yup it is big, something much like a white bread container lol.

The port connector is also bigger than expected while this braided cabling pretty stiff. I also tried connecting the port (though unpowered) to the Alienware 17 R3 beside it but the entire process is rather unpleasant. I believe is due to the bulkness of the laptop together with the limited desk space for me to move the laptop and cable around. I believe it should be easier if done on an open table.

abit hard to cut unless the PSU become laptop pattern as it take the most space while still need space for a full size desktop GPU card for the Dell graphics amplifier

The Dell XPS 13 screen so bad?

To be more accurate Windows 10 still sucks for high resolution screen.

The screen by itself is great. Seriously hope Microsoft can do something about it soon.
